Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Off The Glass League website, accounts, content, games information, and free-to-play prediction features. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account.

Do not share, sell, or transfer an account.
Notify OTG promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

Use the services lawfully and in a way that respects players, staff, partners, and other users.

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or exploit another person.
Do not interfere with security, scrape restricted data, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not use OTG content, marks, statistics, or media for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Content and Intellectual Property

The services and their original videos, photographs, graphics, league data, software, logos, and editorial content are owned by or licensed to Off The Glass League and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the services for personal, non-commercial use.

If you submit content, you retain your ownership rights but grant OTG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the services. You represent that you have the rights required to make that grant.

Free-to-Play Picks

OTG picks use virtual credits for entertainment and community competition. Credits have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for money, and do not represent a deposit or financial account. Picks are not gambling, a sportsbook, or an offer of real-money wagering.

We may correct scoring errors, void markets, reset balances, or change rules to preserve fair play. Users must follow any posted contest rules and local eligibility restrictions.

Third-Party Services

The services may link to third-party platforms, including video and social networks. OTG does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

Disclaimers and Liability

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, OTG disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free statistics, or that all content will remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTG and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes, Termination, and Contact

We may update these Terms as the services evolve. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or discontinue any portion of the services when reasonably necessary.
