Information We Collect
Off The Glass League collects information you provide when you create an account, manage a profile, subscribe to email, comment, submit an inquiry, or apply to join OTG. This may include your name, display name, email address, profile image, application details, and the content you submit.
We also receive limited technical information needed to secure and operate the service, such as request timestamps, device and browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address, and performance or page-view events.

How We Use Information
We use personal information to operate accounts, publish approved profiles and content, respond to requests, deliver requested email, moderate community features, secure the service, measure performance, and improve the OTG experience.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Public player and author profiles only display information approved for publication.
- Administrative access is limited by assigned account roles.

Service Providers
OTG uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, media storage, email delivery, embedded video, and privacy-conscious analytics. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy and security terms.

Retention and Deletion
We retain account and operational records while they are needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate league records. Data that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified according to our operational retention schedule.
- Deleting an account removes its authentication identity, profile, avatar, comments, and directly attached application data where deletion is permitted.
- League results and editorial records may be retained in de-identified form to preserve the historical record.
- Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each campaign.

Your Choices and Rights
You can update your display name, avatar, and password in Account Center. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information through Contact Us. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

Security and Children
We use access controls, encrypted connections, managed authentication, and monitoring to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. OTG is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
