Copyright Policy

Off The Glass League respects the intellectual-property rights of creators, players, photographers, filmmakers, publishers, and partners. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement and may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate.

Submitting a Notice

If you believe material available through OTG infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to our Copyright Agent at dmca@offtheglassleague.com. A valid notice should include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when multiple works are involved.
The exact URL or other information sufficient to locate the allegedly infringing material.
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-Notification

If material you posted was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same Copyright Agent.

Identify the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
State under penalty of perjury that you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
Provide your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal court.
Include your physical or electronic signature.

After a Counter-Notice

We may forward a valid counter-notification to the original claimant. Unless the claimant informs us that they filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, OTG may restore the material as permitted by 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Repeat Infringers and Misrepresentation

OTG may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly submitting a false infringement notice or counter-notification may result in liability. Consider speaking with qualified counsel if you are unsure whether material is infringing or protected by an exception such as fair use.
